Wymagania
- Either a student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year or fresh alumni (up to 12 months since graduation) of BA or MA studies from Polish University preferably in the area of Business Management, Economy, Psychology
- Proficient in English and Polish language
- An individual with strong leadership and skills
- Very strong in communication, collaboration and social skills
- Strategic-oriented with operational approach and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
- An individual with initial HR experience gathered via i.e., work in student organizations, internships/or strong interest in the area
Zadania związane z oferowanym stanowiskiem
- Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication
- Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy creation & campus activities
- Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, F&A
- Develop yourself via leadership, feedbacks, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues
