Wymagania
- Minimum Qualifications: BA in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar field; MBA is an advantage. 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, forecasting and business modelling. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset - Accurately compiles, validates, and interprets data and utilizes it to inform strategic decisions Excellent Communication Skills - Effectively communicates financial data and concepts to a wide range of stakeholders Ability to build partnership and teamwork - Builds relationships of trust with stakeholders and works effectively in a team to achieve business objectives. Problem Solver - Identifies problems, determines root causes, and quickly develops and implements quality solutions. Action Oriented - Independently pursues work with energy and a bias for action while maintaining focus on results; recognizes opportunities and leads initiatives to drive improvements. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate cross-regional collaboration Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power BI or any data visualization or analytics tools. Passion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).
Zadania związane z oferowanym stanowiskiem
- Key Responsibilities: Provide consistent financial support to Business Partners in CCG Operations by creating and analyzing financial information and business trends. Develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, and product sizing. Support management reporting related to financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare the Plan of Record (POR) in partnership with Operations. Provide explanations for cycle-on-cycle changes and business insights to influence the decision-making process and direction of various business leaders, including the General Manager, Business Operations, and project leads. Prepare monthly Close in partnership with Operations, providing variance analysis and data-driven insights to improve predictability and accuracy. Review and drive approval of Purchasing Requisitions in partnership with Operations and the Finance Controller. Participate in IP Investment-wide initiatives, such as business process standardization and automation, as needed.
