The role of Junior Transport & Distribution Specialist is daily execution and continuous tracking of transport orders and keeping customers informed.

Wymagania
- has fluent command of written and spoken English and French (min. B2 level)
- has worked in customer service area with a preference for candidates with experience in the logistics or transportation area
- has University degree (min. Bachelor's degree), educational background in logistics would be an asset
- has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment
- navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in logistics process standardization and Transport Management Systems would be an asset
Zadania związane z oferowanym stanowiskiem
- Receiving, checking and processing transport orders coming from customers/requestors
- Maintaining communication on a daily basis with customers by responding to routine enquiries concerning service ordered and take action in order to respond on customer's needs
- Slot management - booking the loading/delivery slot for carriers as per transit time
- Preparing and monitoring performance appraisal indicators (KPI), describing service level for customers being in charge of, provide appropriate data required for a final KPIs generation (reason codes introduction) and KPI's regularly review
- Creating and maintaining relationships on operational level within TCT and between TCT and customers (breweries, suppliers)
