Job Description – Technical Sales Associate (Remote, EU Time Zone)
WizzDev is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Sales Associate to join our remote team, with occasional in-office meetings in Poland. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying job opportunities on Upwork, managing developer profiles, handling inbound client inquiries, and driving sales through compelling proposals and communication.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish
- Based in the European time zone (preferably Poland)
- Degree in Telecommunications, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Proven sales experience - be ready to share what you’ve sold
What You'll Do:
- Match developers with suitable Upwork jobs and submit tailored proposals
- Optimize Upwork profiles to attract quality leads
- Respond to and convert inbound inquiries via Upwork, website, and email
- Collaborate closely with technical staff to understand and communicate technical solutions
Compensation: Base salary + commission, with performance-based incentives
Ideal candidates are self-driven, quick learners with a solid grasp of technical concepts and a passion for sales.
Wymagania
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and Polish

- Must be located within the European time zone (preferably Poland)
- Experience in sales
- Flexibility to come to the office for occasional meetings and team events
